Terri Morris – Perfect Getaway

Terri is back using up some older stash with the ‘Wild Heart’ collection from Crate Paper and the ‘Large Flower Head’ cut file.

The ‘Large Flower Head’ cut file was resized and cut from white cardstock. This is such a simple and effective way to use a cut file like this. The flower was cut approximately a third of the way across and then adhered to each side of the page. It gives the appearance of 2 cut files each falling off the edge of the layout.

Using the design theory of thirds, the cut file and all embellishment decoration was focused in a rough line approx. a third from the top of the page.

Simple embellishment has been used on a patterned paper background, a selection of stickers, glittery thickers and acrylic pieces.
