Terri Morris – Fun Times

Terri:
This “Cuppa Cha” cut file was my favourite when I was choosing my files this month. It fits perfectly with a lot of my photos and there are so many different versatile parts to the cut file. I love this stack of teacups but I’m sure some of the other pieces will crop up in my other layouts over time.
I used watercolour paints and the packaging technique to add subtle colour to the background in order to create a platform to ground the teacup stack.
This photo was actually taken on a very snowy day in March this year but because I’ve used the black and white version you can’t tell.
I backed the teacups with different patterned papers from the Paige Evan’s Turn The Page collection. As I have mentioned previously I’m on a bit of a mission to get some of my stash used up.
A title and small strips of patterned paper with machine stitching overlaid with puffy stickers from the same collection finish off the layout.
