Susanne Schnurrbusch – Guest Designer – Acorn Mini Album

Hello everyone, its Susanne here (Schnullo on Instagram and YouTube). I was given the opportunity to pick a cut file from Lisa-Jane’s shop. When I saw the Acorn large cut file I immediately got the idea of making a mini album.

A couple of weeks ago we were out looking for hazelnuts and we found lots of them. So I documented that fun afternoon. I took the cut file and shrunk it so it would fit four times on a 12×12 piece of cardstock.

I backed every Acorn with two different patterned papers and covered the back with white cardstock. I also took the small acorn cut file and used it as an embellishment.

For this project I used an older Pink Paisley Collection called Cedar Lane which is an Autumn collection. I added my photographs on the right side and embellishments and journaling on the left of the album.

I put eyelets in every page and bound the mini album with one binding ring. For a process video check out my YouTube channel.

I really love how this album turned out and it was so much fun working with these cut files.  Thank you so much Lisa-Jane for having me.
