Hi All, it’s Sarah here with you today sharing a layout created using the fab Pumpkin Large cut file (pre-cut option here).  

I cut the pumpkin in it’s original size on smooth white cardstock. I thought about backing it with patterned papers, but instead I decided to paint it. I used my Jane Davenport liquid water colour markers and spritzed the whole cut file with water to get a more colour washed effect.

I trimmed another sheet of white cardstock down to 11.5×11.5 and gutted the black check paper to create a border. Once the cut file was dry I stuck it directly to the white background and flicked the main body of the pumpkin with gold Heidi Swapp Colour Shine.  I mounted my photo on a green floral paper and stuck direct to the back ground. I then used some acetate leaves by Hip Kit to embellish two corners of the photo.

I added a couple of Jen Hadfield puffy sticker leaves and a word sticker.  I added a couple of strips of patterned papers at the top of the layout, I then added a puffy word sticker and some wood veneer leaves from Hip Kit. I added a few extra puffy sticker dots and enamel dots as extra embellishments.  I used gold Thickers for the title.
