Sarah Packer – Make A Wish

Hi All, I’m here today to share with you a page I created using the gorgeous Dandelion cut file by Paige Evans (available pre-cut in white, black or cream cardstock).

I decided to use this cut in white cardstock and had toyed with the idea of inking elements of it with distress oxides. But, when I saw the white on white I knew instantly that was perfect for the layout I had in mind.

I trimmed my base cardstock to 11.5 x 11.5 and added a patterned paper frame, just to break the white up a little. I then raised the cut file up on foam pads and stuck it to the background, I then added the title to fit around the cut file, leaving space for my photo.I backed my photo on papers from Vicki Boutin Field Notes and Paige Evans Whimsical and added foam pads to the back.

I used two of the frame stickers, again from Whimsical and then stuck my photo down. I chose two of the die cut flowers to the edge of my photo and embellished with a rub on butterfly, a butterfly and hearts puffy stickers, again all from the Whimsical collection. I then fussy cut a large and smaller butterfly and the Darling I love you from a couple of the 2×2 squares from the same collection.

Once all the little embellishments where in place, I then added the silver sequins in and around the cut file for some added sparkle. I really love the white on white and hope it has given you some ideas on how to use this beautiful cut file.
