Sarah Packer – Beautiful You
Hi all, it’s Sarah here today to share my layout using the “Beautiful You” cut file.

I cut this in white card stock and coloured it using Tim Holtz Distress Oxides (now £4 in the shop) in Picked Raspberry and Fossilized Amber. I blended the two colours in the middle of the cut file to create the orange shade. I then flicked some gold Heidi Swapp Colour Shine over the top. Once it was dry I added some foam pads to the back.

I decided to use Cocoa Vanilla Studio – More than Words for this layout as I have been hoarding it in my stash for far too long! I don’t often use patterned paper as my background, but I loved how the cut file worked with the pastel flowers on the sheet named Sketchbook.

I used a couple of the journalling cards from the cut apart sheet to back my photo on. I added foam pads to the back of the photo and stuck the papers directly to the layout. I then added the cut file just above the photo.I added some of the lovely flower and leaf die cut pieces to the right side of my photo and used another of the smaller journalling pieces to the left of my photo, so that I could add my journalling. I embellished the bottom with a couple of flower die cuts and a cute bunny piece too.

I used a puffy gold heart sticker instead of the dot above the “I” in Beautiful and a couple of chipboard hearts and a word sticker to the layout, again from the CVS More than Words collection.I really love how the blended Oxides work and that it just bring the layout together with all the beautiful soft muted pinks and oranges.
Love,Sarah x
