Keighley Brennan – Sweet Dreams – Butterfly Mesh Cutfile

Hey Everyone, Keighley here sharing my first layout as part of the Pretty My Page Design Team, the cut file I’m using today is the gorgeous Butterfly Background Mesh (pre-cut here).

I decided to cut the cut file out of pattered paper, from CVS Unforgettable, there’s lots of butterflies in this collection so I thought it would compliment the cutfile perfectly. 

I shrunk the cut file down slightly, to fit on an A4 layout and cut on my Silhouette Portrait 2. I wanted to use the cutfile as a background element. 

I then fussy cut some butterflies from patterned paper, picked some embellishments that worked well, mainly sticking with the purples and oranges with smaller hints of the pink.
