Keighley Brennan – Happy Birthday – Simple Star Cut File

Hey Everyone, Keighley here and today I’m sharing a layout using the Simple Star Cutfile, there’s so many designs you can create with a simple shape.

I played around on the Silhouette software, resizing the star and duplicating it until I was happy with the design. 

I’m using Field Trip by Shimelle, I loved the space themed icons and felt they was perfect for this photo of my nephew. I backed the layout in pattered paper and handstitched around each of the stars, I love the detail and texture this adds. 

I attached my photo and various embellishments from the the collection, lots I had fussy cut from patterned paper.
