Jane Gwyn – Fabulous Card

For this project I decided on a colourful card using the “Fabulous” cut file.

I resized the digital cut file down to fit on the 6×6 card base with some room around the edges.  I cut the file twice, once on white and then again on some Simple Stories paper and then layered them back together.

I’ve blended the background with three distress oxides – Peacock Feathers, Picked Raspberry and Squeezed Lemonade using the foam blending tool.

I hand stitched the inside layer with embroidery floss in coordinating colours – there are lots of stitching supplies coming soon to the shop which is great as it really gives projects the wow factor.

I finished off with some Tim Holtz word stickers and some enamel phrase stickers and it is ready to go to it’s lucky recipient!
