As today is Thursday, the day we “clap for carers” here in the UK, it seems the perfect time to share this layout using our “Clapping For Carers, cursive” cut file.
I designed both of the “clapping for carers” files so you could use them as “clapping” or just “clap” and you could place the words however you wanted. In this layout I’ve put my journalling about our weekly tribute on a tag slipped behind the photos.
I completed this layout for a bunch of challenges for International Scrapbooking Day. Bramble Fox were having a scraplifting event and I managed to use lots of their lovely Perspextives over the weekend, including these adorable mirrored hearts. Lottie Loves paper and Hey Little Magpie had various challenges too and I managed to fit this into one from both of them.
I was so excited when this Magical Forest collection from Crate Paper arrived but I’ve really struggled to use it for the challenges. I spent about 8 hours on 3 unattractive layouts! I really loved tearing the papers though which was a feature on several of the layouts I scraplifted over the weekend. It’s actually a great way of using some of the trickier papers too because you get the colours but not the actual images so much.
“See” you on the streets tonight again, yes?
