Christina Howard – Heart of Hearts cut file
Christina Howard here for my final layout ‘It’s All Good’ for my guest designer spot, using the Heart of Hearts cut file (pre-cut here, digital here).

I hope you’ve managed to get some creative time in since my post in December. (Editors note – the delay between the two posts was totally my fault and not Christina’s!) I have a new craft room! Thank you Lisa for having me. It gave me the push to start using my Silhouette again.

I chose the Heart of Hearts cut file and cut onto plain white card stock using my Cameo Silhouette. I used the Dear Lizzy It’s All Good as the colours in the collection are summery and went well with my photo.

Then I chose 3 patterned papers from the collection and lay them behind the die cut. I then sprayed the back of the cutfile with Spray Adhesive and adhered them down. It’s so much easier doing it this way.
I created three clusters on my page with various stickers and chipboard pieces. I used foam tape on these to create dimension. I have some voile with gold speckles in and laid this behind the photo.

To finish I adhered the title, and then splattered some gold acrylic paint. I love the colours in this layout so summery. I’m counting down the days until Summer already!
Thanks Christina
